SHIPPING INFORMATION - Indoor Garden Supply ships all order's in the continental United States UPS. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards. Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims will be brought directly to UPS.  

HI and AK call for shipping options. - We ship USPS parcel post and USPS priority for those states. 

Shipping to Canada is via UPS. - As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the shipping tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or the phone. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, please allow 2-3 business days to process orders.

WILL CALL ORDERS- Will call orders are available for pick up during normal business hours at our Woodland, Washington store.
